Metaverse and Madness
Metaverse is all about possibilities, it is the future, according to many big and small tech companies. No wonder Meta, Google, Microsoft, Nike, and Shopify, all are pouring huge amounts of money.
‘Upside down’ only exists in Stranger Things; it’s not real, folks! But do you know what’s real…Metaverse, aka virtual reality.
It’s not something new, you know, to be honest. You must have seen predictions while watching the news or The Big Bang Theory about how the world will look like in the coming future with advanced tech and flying cars.
We do not have flying cars yet, but electric, of course, Tesla is there, and do not forget the advanced tech part; you can literally buy land and build your own house in Metaverse! If you think a bit hard, we already have it in gaming and sports with VR glasses and its 360 vision where you can, for instance, witness a historical event or watch a game of football rather than reading about it. Isn’t that cool?
Metaverse is all about possibilities, it is the future, according to many big and small tech companies. No wonder Meta, Google, Microsoft, Nike, and Shopify, all are pouring huge amounts of money into this project. In the words of Mark Zuckerberg, “Metaverse could be the next best thing to teleportation.”
But wait…why is it considered to be the future? We might have the answer to that! In this week’s podcast ‘Metaverse and Madness’, Piyush (our special guest who’s also the co-founder of Vosmos.world or Kestone), Rakshit, and Shashank explores the possibilities that metaverse opens up for both consumers and brands.
They also discuss the role of marketing and the e-commerce part of it and why this part is important for Metaverse for it to realise its best potential. If you think we forget the security and privacy part of it, then you are wrong because we have got that covered too in our podcast.
If you want to be a part of the next big project, tune in to our podcast!
